Peter A. Georgescu has been named president of Young & Rubicam Inc., Joseph E. De Deo has been named president and CEO of Young & Rubicam Advertising Worldwide and Tim Pollak has been named CEO of Young & Rubicam New York. In addition, Gary E. Burandt will become president and CEO of HDM, replacing Pollak. Roby Harrington will become regional director of Y&R; Advertising, responsible for agencies in the United States outside New York.
