20 Die in Retaliation Raid on South Pakistan Village

KARACHI, Pakistan —
Bandits killed 20 people in a raid on a village in southern Pakistan, police said Friday.
The raiders opened fire indiscriminately in Hashimjahbhan on Thursday night, apparently in retaliation for the death of their gang leader in a gun battle with police two days ago.
