Kuwait has banned a perfume named for Julio Iglesias because of the Spanish singer’s “Zionist inclinations.” The country’s news agency gave no explanation of the accusation against Iglesias, whose music is also banned in Kuwait. . . . Controversial Nation of Islam minister Louis Farrakhan didn’t have any particular viewer impact when he joined Sam Donaldson for a 14-minute interview on ABC News’ “PrimeTime Live” Thursday night. The program averaged an 8.4 national Nielsen rating and a 15% audience share at 10. That compares to the 8.8-15 average for the show.
