William T. Seitz, executive vice chairman of Ticor Title Insurance, Los Angeles, has been named chairman and chief executive for its principal eastern subsidiary, Ticor Title Guarantee. Seitz will have headquarters in the company’s New York office. Seitz joined the Ticor Title Guarantee in 1973 as senior vice president.
