Gruene Inc., a distributor of men’s fragrances and toiletries, announced that Larry Leeb has resigned as president and a member of the board. The company’s sole remaining board member is Daniel Samakow, Gruene’s chief executive. The company said it faces severe liquidity problems and is exploring all options including discussions with an insolvency counsel.
