Dennis Mack has been named to the newly created position of vice president of customer support for FileNet Corp. He was previously director of customer support for the Costa Mesa-based manufacturer of image processing systems. Before joining FileNet in 1986, Mack was division director of North American field service for Data General Corp. He also spent 20 years with IBM Corp.
