School Hit With Restraining Order: Beta Technical Schools in Long Beach was ordered Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court to cease allegedly “untrue or misleading” statements about its ability to train auto repair students. The state alleges that Graves, which markets a three-month course with tuition of $5,000, lacks proper facilities. The suit seeks $1 million in refunds to students.
