Exxon Chairman to Meet Pension Fund Managers: Exxon Chairman Lawrence G. Rawl has tentatively set April 4 as the day he will meet with managers of pension funds in New York, California and Massachusetts, which hold more than 14 million shares of Exxon stock. Rawl agreed to the meeting in Exxon’s New York headquarters in response to calls by the managers to discuss Exxon’s environmental record and its effect on the company’s financial well-being. The meeting will include California Controller Gray Davis.
