Upland to Hold Seminar on Feb. 28 Earthquake
Public safety officials and earthquake experts will speak at a seminar today for those in western San Bernardino County and the eastern San Gabriel Valley affected by the Feb. 28 earthquake.
The city of Upland is sponsoring the free session in response to about 2,000 calls from residents seeking information following the 5.5 magnitude temblor, said Fire Department spokesman Don Smith. The seminar will be at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Upland High School, 565 W. 11th St.
