Youngest U.S. Lawmaker Is a Chip Off the Old Block

WASHINGTON —
Susan Molinari celebrated her 32nd birthday Tuesday by being sworn in as New York’s newest U.S. representative, succeeding her father and becoming the youngest member of Congress. The Staten Island Republican won the seat March 20 in a special election made necessary when her father resigned last year to run for borough president.
