Pasadena : Housing Renovation Loan
Pasadena Neighborhood Housing Services will receive a $60,000 loan to complete renovation of a 12-unit housing complex at 460-476 E. Woodbury Road in northwest Pasadena.
The Board of Directors approved the loan Tuesday as an addition to a $230,000 loan given the agency in October. Increased costs of $121,500 forced the agency to ask the city for more money and to appeal to Neighborhood Housing Services of America, the national affiliate, for a $61,500 grant.
The complex will be used for low- and moderate-income housing.
