Thomas C. Sifferman has joined the board of directors of both Pioneer Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Pioneer Bank, Fullerton. Sifferman, president and co-founder of Woodview Development Co. in Santa Ana, was formerly executive vice president of Downey Savings & Loan Assn.
