Hospital Donations Go for Mexican Clinic
South Bay Hospital in Redondo Beach has donated surplus medical equipment to Ensenada, Mexico, for a mental health clinic being planned there. The donations, which were accepted by Ensenada Mayor Jesus del Palacio at a hospital reception, were given in response to an appeal by the Redondo Beach Sister City Committee. Ensenada and Redondo Beach are sister cities.
Donated equipment includes hospital beds, surgical lights, examining tables, gurneys, monitoring equipment, nightstands.
