SunGard Financial Systems of Canoga Park, a division of SunGard Data Systems Inc., said Fraser Chambers has been appointed president and chief operating officer of its Warrington Financial Systems and Money Management Systems subsidiaries. Chambers was previously president of Money Management Systems.

SunGard Data Systems is a Ft. Wayne, Pa.-based company that provides financial services, software and data systems disaster recovery. SunGard Financial is a recently formed division that will market SunGard Data’s financial services products. Another SunGard Financial subsidiary, Wismer Associates, is also based in Canoga Park.

SunGard Financial also named Bruce E. Vollert executive vice president for sales and marketing. Vollert was formerly vice president of sales and marketing for Wismer Associates. He now is responsible for sales of all SunGard Financial products.
