Comerica, InBancshares to Merge: Comerica Inc., a $12-billion, Detroit-based bank holding company, and InBancshares, a $242-million bank holding company based in City of Industry, have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Comerica and InBancshares have agreed to a cash purchase price of about $40 million, representing $20.25 per share for InBancshares.
