Copters Fight Rabies

PARIS —
Helicopters Monday began bombing the French countryside with thousands of frozen fish balls laden with rabies vaccine, aimed at wiping out the disease among red foxes. Hundreds of ground workers will join the $2.6 million campaign to stamp out a disease that still strikes thousands of French citizens a year.
