Say Innocent: Actor John Cusack, star of the movie “Say Anything,” pleaded innocent Tuesday in Beverly Hills to two drunken-driving charges stemming from a collision with another vehicle. Because the charge is a misdemeanor, Cusack, 23, of Beverly Hills, was not required to be in court for his arraignment. Instead, he entered his plea through his attorney, Michael Chaney. Cusack, who remains without bail, faces a May 4 pretrial hearing.
