Crack House Attack Leaves 5 Dead, 1 Hurt
A woman and two accomplices stormed into a reputed crack house on the city’s Northeast Side and shot six people in the head, killing five and leaving one critically injured, police said Thursday.
Deputy Police Chief James R. Younger said the victims of the Wednesday night shooting had been shot numerous times.
Police reports said that two armed men and two women drove up to the house, and the men and one of the women walked to the front door. A man inside reportedly let the woman enter after she knocked on the door, but before he could close it the two armed men forced their way into the house.
