Share

Ventura police were searching for vandals who caused hundreds of dollars of damage to 11 cars parked in front of east Ventura homes Thursday night and Friday morning.

Using what was apparently a blue vehicle, the vandals pushed the cars into other cars, trees and poles, causing minor front-end damage to the cars.

Police had no leads or suspects on Friday, said Sgt. Gary Adkinson.

“No one heard or saw anything,” he said.

He said evidence indicated the vandal’s vehicle was blue.

The cars vandalized were parked on the 200 block of Huntington Avenue and the 10000 block of Modoc Street, near Balboa Street and Cambria Avenue, and San Mateo Avenue and Quincy Street.
