World IN BRIEF : WEST GERMANY : 2 Chancellors May Hold First Summit

West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl and East German Prime Minister Lothar de Maiziere will meet this month in the first German summit since East Germany’s Communists were ousted at the polls, West Germany’s Die Welt am Sonntag newspaper reported. It said the summit can take place as soon as Kohl returns from his Easter vacation April 23.
