Taylor Denies AIDS Rumors: Elizabeth Taylor, hospitalized for more than a week with a sinus condition and fever, said Tuesday that she has now been diagnosed with pneumonia and denied rumors that she has AIDS. Taylor, 58, was transferred by ambulance Tuesday from Daniel Freeman Marina Hospital in Marina del Rey to St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica. The actress said in a statement that she has been tested for AIDS, and the results “are negative.”
