Pasadena Heritage will hold an architectural walking tour of homes on Wentworth Avenue in the Oak Knoll area of Pasadena on Sunday.

Tour participants will hear the story of Gen. Marshall C. Wentworth, owner of the Wentworth Hotel, which became the Huntington Hotel, visit the interior of an English Tudor manor house and see outstanding Craftsman-era residences, including the Blacker House designed by Charles and Henry Greene. Docents will show how homes built in the ‘20s and ‘30s were inspired by the architecture of the Mediterranean coast.

The two-hour tours will leave every 20 minutes between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. from the corner of Wentworth and Hillcrest avenues. The cost is $15. Reservations are available by calling (818) 793-0617.
