Raytheon Acquisition

LEXINGTON, Mass. — Raytheon Co. said it bought Remco S.A., a Spanish electronics maker with $9 million in sales, from Fiat SpA, the Italian auto maker. Terms were not disclosed.

Remco will become part of the Raytheon Europe subsidiary, Raytheon said.
