Training to Smoke

In a letter published March 18, Pat Topping asks where smokers can travel, now that airlines have new restrictions. For starters, Amtrak’s cars are designated for either smokers or nonsmokers. I also suggest special flights for smokers. Make sure that all crew members on those flights are smokers and that the specific craft be used only for smokers. Wouldn’t everyone be happy then?
