Legacy to Buy San Diego Radio Station: Legacy Broadcasting of Los Angeles has agreed to purchase KJQY, an easy listening FM station in San Diego, for $20 million, sources said. The seller of KJQY is Command Communications of Dallas, which acquired the station in January. KJQY, or “KJOY” as it is known, has an adult easy listening format.
