Fixing the County’s Foster Care System for Neglected Children

Freedman has to be incredibly naive to suggest that his proposed foster care reforms are “doable” within the context of today’s “no new taxes” and post-Proposition 13 mentality.
Let’s fact it. We get what we pay for. While Freedman’s impassioned and sometimes sensational expose may provoke outrage among concerned citizens, it is nothing compared to the outcry we would hear from those same folks, once they got their tax bills for his very costly reforms.
