Alpharel Inc., a financially troubled maker of data-storage equipment based in Camarillo, said John A. Fasching, president and chief executive, resigned effective April 27. Alpharel did not give a reason for Fasching’s resignation. Robert T. Bruce, Alpharel’s chairman, will take over as chief executive and president, the company said.
