Homeless Marring Santa Monica View
We are very lucky to have one of the truly beautiful vistas in the world. The view from the Santa Monica bluffs rivals anything you can see in Europe.
It is a disgrace for the citizens of Santa Monica, and all the tourists who visit this area of our great city, to be harassed by the ever-growing population of homeless.
It is impossible to walk from about Montana to the pier without being accosted, mostly in a bizarre manner. It is worse now than I have seen it in the past 10 years, particularly from 4 to 7 p.m. on the weekends.
There has been no one from law enforcement around in months.
Do we citizens have to take up arms to protect ourselves from this unwashed rabble who would rather panhandle than work?
