Kenichi Komaya has been named executive vice president of finance for Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. in Irvine. He was previously vice president of the department, and he also serves as treasurer and controller. Komaya joined the company in 1988 after working in the finance department of Kawasaki Heavy Industries. Bob Shepard moved from vice president to senior vice president, administration and information systems. Shepard, who joined Kawasaki in 1977, previously worked for Western Airlines and Boeing Corp.
