ITT Federal Gets New VP Thomas A. Jones has been promoted from manager of financial planning and analysis to vice president for ITT Federal Bank, Irvine. Before joining ITT Federal, he was assistant to the chief financial officer at Charter Savings and manager of the investment department at Pima Savings.
