BACK TO THE FUTURE: Is it already time for Retro-Ramones? Nostalgic Talking Heads Time Capsules? Mink (Deja Vu) DeVille? Maybe it’s just a clever marketing idea, but beginning June 28 in Washington, you can see a quartet of vets from New York’s late-’70s punk scene all on the same concert bill. The line-up: the Ramones, Deborah Harry and two T-Heads satellite acts--Jerry Harrison and the Tom Tom Club. The seven-week tour, which will feature revolving headliners, arrives Aug. 3 at Irvine Meadows and Aug. 8-9 at the Greek Theatre. . . . The Pursuit of Happiness’s new album, “One Sided Story,” is due out next week on Chrysalis Records. Produced by Todd Rundgren, it features such new tunes as “Two Girls in One,” “Forbidden Fruit,” “New Language” and “Shave Your Legs.” . . . And Concrete Blonde has finished its new album, “Bloodletting,” which is set for release this week from I.R.S. Records. The record features a guest shot by R.E.M.’s Peter Buck, who plays guitar (and mandolin) on a song called “Darkening of the Light.”
