Features include wood-burning fireplaces, two and three baths, vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile entries and three-car garages. The builder is Marlborough Development Corp.

First move-ins are projected for October. Four furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 36430 Copper Lane, near 33rd Street East, reached from the Pearblossom Highway exit of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway.
