Making Proposition 103 Work

Now that the traveling public can see and suffer the full effects, especially in the area of pricing inequities, of airline deregulation, why should anyone listen to the ideas of Kahn (the “father” of airline deregulation) on how to establish insurance rates in California?

Kahn could do us all a favor by concentrating his efforts on helping to solve the first deregulatory mess he got us into.
