President’s Son to Testify: Neil Bush is scheduled to testify today and Wednesday before the House Banking Committee about his role as a board member of Silverado Banking, a Denver thrift whose failure may cost taxpayers as much as $1 billion. Bush, 34, served as an outside director between 1985 and 1988.
