Smile! Candid Camera’s Back: “Candid Camera,” an earlier generation’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” is being resurrected full time. The show, seen occasionally now in specials on CBS, will return in September, 1991, as a syndicated half-hour series from King World. Vin Di Bona, executive producer of “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” will serve in the same capacity for the new “Candid Camera.” Allen Funt, the show’s creator and former host, will be a consultant.
