Donald Forbes, wealthy, 50ish and living life in the fast lane, has been murdered. There are suspects galore. Everyone involved in Forbes’ life is under scrutiny. Vindictive businessmen, mistresses and maybe even you, if you happen to be in the audience.

“The Bay Queen Murders,” staged by Theatre-By-The-Sea, sets out to solve the crime of the evening.

The production starts with a glass of champagne and assorted hors d’oeuvres as you attend a wake for the deceased Forbes. As attendees you must have had some kind of contact with Forbes, so be prepared to be queried by the detective making the rounds. Careful, you could be considered an accomplice in this audience participatory play.
