Circle K Accused of Racial Bias: The federal government filed suit against Phoenix-based Circle K Corp., alleging that the convenience-store retailer engaged in unfair labor practices with Asian employees in its Houston-area stores. George Parker Jr., a San Antonio, Tex., attorney representing Circle K, declined to comment on the suit.
