L.A. School Board Rejects Stiffer Penalty on Weapons

I am a sixth-grade student. I think that what the board voted on was the right choice. I don’t think you should kick students out of school just because they bring a weapon. I know that it’s unsafe for the other students, but probably all you have to do is talk to the person and see what his problem is. What I’m really trying to say is hire more counselors.
