No action--An article published Sunday in The Times incorrectly reported that the Simi Valley Planning Commission had approved two large housing projects proposed by Milner Development Co. and VTN West. The commission took no action on the projects.

Milner Development is proposing 237 single-family houses on 62 acres near Tierra Rejada and Madera roads. VTN West is proposing 350 single-family houses on a 277-acre parcel south of the Arroyo Simi and Royal Avenue.

The commission also recommended approval of a request by Fred Madjar to divide a 2.73-acre lot into 11 single-family lots on the south side of Presidio Drive near Lathrop Avenue.
