Israeli Firms Can Invest Abroad: Israeli companies will be permitted to invest up to 20% of shareholders’ capital abroad and form strategic partnerships with foreign firms, the central bank announced. The Bank of Israel said it will relax restrictions to allow firms to strengthen their foreign trade ties. Until now firms were not allowed to invest abroad except for marketing purposes.
