Thomas W. Field Jr. has been named a director of Bromar Inc., a Newport Beach food broker. Field, former chairman and chief executive of McKesson Corp., now heads a consulting firm in San Mateo. Gary Maxworthy, president of Bromar Northern California, was appointed vice president of Bromar Inc.
