Steve M. Binnix has been appointed general manager of Ketema’s Rodan division in Anaheim, which manufactures products for industrial and military applications. Binnix joined Ketema, a Pennsylvania-based company, in 1989 as Rodan’s vice president of operations and engineering. Previously, he was president of Microcap Inc., a San Diego manufacturer of electronic components.
