Richard Y. Elliott has been named vice president of RemedyPerm operations for RemedyTemp Inc., San Juan Capistrano. In his new position, he will develop a permanent placement unit and incorporate it into Remedy’s existing temporary business. Elliott was formerly director of permanent placement at Adia Personnel Services.
