Membership in Orange County’s 11 associations has increased almost 35% since 1985, with the largest jumps occurring in the Saddleback Valley and Laguna Beach boards. The Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley and East Orange County groups have the highest total membership, though--between them 31% of board members in the county.
