Investor Increases Stake in Trio-Tech to 10.7%

A Beverly Hills investor raised his stake in Trio-Tech International, a San Fernando maker of semiconductor testing equipment, to 10.7% from 10%.

In a filing with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Richard M. Horowitz said he bought an additional 19,305 Trio-Tech shares April 20 for 58 cents a share, or $11,197. He now owns 292,235 shares, the filing said.
