Couple Increases Stake in St. Ives Laboratories

A Santa Barbara couple boosted their stake in St. Ives Laboratories, a Chatsworth maker of shampoos and other personal-care products, to 15.7% from 14.2%.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Stephen J. Redding and Angelina C. Redding said they bought an additional 107,500 shares, giving them a total of 1.09 million shares.
