King Olav Shows Gains

OSLO —
King Olav V of Norway improved during the night from a stroke that left him suffering from partial paralysis and pneumonia, his doctors said Tuesday. The national hospital in Oslo upgraded the condition of the 86-year-old monarch to “less unsafe” after he spent a quiet night.
