Eggling Chalks Up Hole in One

WILMINGTON, Del. — Dale Eggling today made a hole in one in the second round of the $650,000 LPGA McDonald’s Championship.
Eggling, who recorded a 3-over-par 74 in Thursday’s opening round, scored her ace on the par-3, 156-yard 17th hole.
She hit a 6-iron that bounced twice on the green and rolled into the cup for an ace that earned her a $1,000 prize.
