USX Corp. Sells Off Auto Parts Subsidiary
PITTSBURGH —
USX Corp. said it has sold all shares in a wholly owned Dutch automotive components subsidiary to Trustor Automotive of Holland for an undisclosed price.
The company, FHS Stahlverformung GmbH, is Europe’s leading supplier of gearshift levers and assembles. FHS also manufactures suspension parts, ball-joint assemblies and specialty plastics assemblies.
