Lip Syncers Put on Notice: California State Assemblyman Bob Epple (D-Downey) on Monday introduced legislation that would require public disclosure by artists who use prerecorded music in concert. The bill would also require warnings on radio and newspaper ads promoting artists who use recorded music.
